By visiting and shopping on our website, you agree to the following terms. If something here doesn’t feel right for you, please refrain from placing an order.

1. General Information

Arcaria Nails is a small online studio dedicated to handmade press-on nails and accessories. Every piece is carefully crafted by hand, which means each item may have tiny variations that make it unique.

2. Products & Availability

We do our best to show each product as accurately as possible.
Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and because everything is handmade, stock can be limited or require preparation time.

3. Processing Time & Handmade Production

All products at Arcaria Nails are carefully handmade by a single artist.
Each set is crafted, detailed, and finished by hand, which means every order requires dedicated time and attention.

A regular order typically takes around one week to prepare, depending on current workload.
During periods of high order volume or for larger sets, processing time may extend up to two weeks.

Custom orders require an additional design phase of 1–2 weeks, depending on the number of custom requests in the queue.
Once the design is approved, the set is completed the following day and shipped as soon as possible.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on the number of active orders at the time of purchase.
If you need your order for a specific date, we kindly ask you to consider current workload before placing your order.

4. Prices & Payments

All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout.
Prices may be adjusted in the future, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped once completed.
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier.
Arcaria Nails cannot be responsible for shipping delays once a package is in transit.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are handmade and hygienic items, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

We also cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection.
For hygiene reasons, press-on nails cannot be returned once opened or tried on.

Exact nail measurements are available in our Size Chart, found on each product page and in the top navigation bar.
If you are unsure about your size, we recommend ordering a Sizing Kit in your preferred nail shape before purchasing a full set.

If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

7. Product Care

Our creations are made with delicate materials.
Please handle them gently and follow any care instructions to enjoy them for as long as possible.
Arcaria Nails cannot be responsible for damage caused by improper use.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, and texts on this website are the property of Arcaria Nails.
Reproduction or use without prior authorization is not permitted.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in the shop.
Any updates will be posted on this page.
